Based on the WEBY1.1,
µWeby is a low cost and powerful single board computer. Measuring only 80mm by
60mm, it offers a flexible and highly deployable solution for a variety of
embedded system design requirements.
Featuring an on-board CF interface capable of addressing up to 4GB, the uWeby is
an ideal framework for constructing low maintenance data loggers and networked
storage devices.

Industrial Control System: An industrial control system which can be
completely configured and monitored over the LAN
Data Logging System: Data taken from various sensors can be logged on to
a Compact Flash connected to uWEBY.
Networked Storage Devices: With the help of the Compact Flash connector
and Ethernet, uWEBYs can be used to create Networked Storage Devices.
Sensor Networks: A network of uWEBYs can be connected using Ethernet to
monitor and log various parameters with the help of sensors
Real-time Monitoring: A variety of sensors can be connected to the
various interfaces that uWEBY provides which can be monitored in real time over
the intranet/internet.
Protocol Converter: uWEBY can behave as a protocol converter which can
covert a variety of protocols such as RS232, Modbus, Canbus, etc. to TCP/IP.
Industrial Automation: uWEBY can be effectively used in industry for
remotely controlling a plethora of machines to automate repetitive processes.
Entry Recorders and Security Systems: Smart Card and RFID readers can
easily be interfaced to uWEBY to provide security and entry and exit logging to
a centralized database over the intranet/internet.
Point of sale terminals: A bar code reader, a keyboard and LCD can be
attached to uWEBY to produce a cost-effective solution.
