The WEBY framework is a low cost Ethernet enabled
embedded system, intended for use as a secure and rugged single board computer.
The framework may be "dropped" into any existing network and can be configured and
controlled using a network enabled PC with a web browser.
With its many analog and digital inputs / outputs and protocol interpreters, the WEBY framework is ideal for use
in a variety of embedded system products and solutions.

Industrial Control System: An industrial control system
which can be completely configured and monitored over the LAN
Data Logging System: Data taken from various
sensors can be logged on to a HDD connected to WEBY.
Sensor Network: A network of WEBYs can be connected using Ethernet to monitor and log
various parameters with the help of sensors
Real-time Monitoring: A variety of sensors can be
connected to the various interfaces that WEBY provides which can be
monitored in real time over the intranet/internet.
Protocol Converter: WEBY can behave as a protocol converter which can
covert a variety of protocols such as RS232, Modbus, Canbus, etc. to TCP/IP.
Industrial Automation: WEBY can be effectively used in industry for remotely controlling
a plethora of machines to automate repetitive processes.
Entry Recorder and Security System: Smart Card and RFID readers can
easily be interfaced to WEBY to provide security and entry and exit logging to a
centralized database over the intranet/internet.
Point of sale terminal: A bar code reader, a keyboard and LCD can be
attached to WEBY to produce a cost-effective solution.
