SwitchNet is a remote controlled, relay operated AC Power switch-sensor framework that can be fully controlled with local and remote feedback loops over the Intranet as well as the Internet.

This device can be used in domestic, corporate and industrial environments to create remotely manageable power networks of multiple devices that can be controlled and monitored from a single work station over TCP/IP networks.

Usage Topology

  Applications       Features

  • Power Management: Industrial and Domestic power control switch boards

  • Reboot: Remote reboot of any device, routers, servers, kiosks, etc. The device to be rebooted need not be network attached.

  • Security: Secure sensitive devices by keeping them powered off when not in use. This prevents hackers from detecting them at all times.

  • Energy Savings: Power down equipment when not needed for power savings and to save on wear and tear.

  • Notifications: Power up alert devices like sirens, lamps, messages et al.

  • Critical Alerts: Configure system to take critical actions such as powering off all or specific devices etc. based on local and remote feedback loops from sensors like temperature and light connected to the SwitchNet.

  •

  • Control Interface Over: Browser based application, Direct Telnet, Programmable API.

  • Intelligent Power Management: Individual, addressable power outlets let you remotely reboot devices from any location in the Intranet or across the globe.

  • Extendibility: Each SwitchNet control can be extended to up to 30 devices.

  • Single Point of Control: Single point application allows you to virtually connect to any SwitchNet connected globally.

  • Access Authorization: Password protected access authorization at SwitchNet as well as individual power port level.

  • Energy Efficient: Power-on sequencing eliminates in-rush current overload, which lets you maximize the number of devices on a single circuit.

  • Ease of Use: Configurable port grouping and naming, multi-port commands and enhanced administration.
