The EVK01 is a unique evaluation kit for teaching embedded system design with the MCS-51 and the Atmel AVR line of microcontrollers. It provides students a simple and flexible platform to learn the architecture and use of microcontrollers popular in the industry today.

With headers for easy connectivity, the EVK01 can be expanded with custom user-built circuits giving students the opportunity to gain hands on experience of building complete embedded systems solutions in the lab.
